Inventory Management ‑ Assisty

Je cherchais une application pour avoir des rapports d'inventaire détaillés et regroupant toutes les infos dont j'avais besoin (nombre d'unités en stock, valeur unitaire, coût unitaire, valeur total, etc) et cette application m'a fourni ces rapports. Je cherchais également un moyen de pouvoir avoir des rapports sur certains tags de produits, que nous utilisons pour différencier nos marchandises de nos matières premières ou de nos produits finis par exemple, et l'assistance m'a tout de suite répondu pour préciser mon besoin et qu'ils allaient intégrer cette fonction rapidement. Assistance au top, réactive et professionnelle j'ai aussi eu à faire appel à eux pour quelques soucis technique d'affichage et ils ont réglé mon problème en quelques minutes. Good job.

I needed a simple app to help with basic inventory needs , at first this app was unable to print reports with zero qty . After chatting with support they promised it will be revised . Happy to say it now allows me the report I need ! Very happy :-)

This app is amazing. It keeps getting better, now the sync updates are hourly. No charge, for free. This will save me a lot of time doing reports and paperwork. Thank you Esther from tech support for changing my sync updates from daily to hourly. Also, thank you everyone from Assisty, this is the best app in the Shopify store!

I tried a few apps out to see which ones did the reports I needed. There was one missing and they made it for me, no charge. It has everything you need to manage your inventory and COG. Its an amazing app! Definitely recommend!

I needed an app to help me keep track of stock value for insurance and financial tax year purposes. I don't have a huge turnover so I was looking for a free option. I'm so glad I came across Assisty. It provides me with everything I need and more! I had some issues syncing my stock to the report results but I contacted Steve and he was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He sorted the issue and helped me understand it better. I would highly recommend this invaluable (yet, free!) App :)

This is the first app that has an out of stock by days tracking report that I've seen. Steve and his team have been very helpful in improving the report to our needs and were promptly responsive. If you have a custom report you are after I'm confident assisty will already have it or will be able to help create it for you. I highly recommend you try them.

When we first downloaded the app, we where not happy as the report which we where looking for was not available, while uninstalling the app we found a whatapp number of Mr Steve on the exit page, we just though of writing to him, to our surprised, Mr steve wrote back to us asking what kind of report we need, we gave him our requirement and today (17/01/2022) we get the message from Mr. Steve & team that the report which we where looking for was ready and built in the APP. Honestly this was least expected and we are happy to say that the developers of this app are grounded and are ready to work towards the customers need and satisfication.
