Assisty is a thorough app. It answers all the needs you might have, especially when you're just starting out! The support is thorough as well. I was able to get a demo call with Alex from Assisty. He was very helpful and patient with me even though I had so many questions, but he still took the time to help me every time, Alex was awesome!!!
This is an amazing reports app. It is very clean and user friendly. Alex helped me and he has been amazing.
As someone who does supply chain the first time and have no idea on how to do it, Rio is very helpful and patient and answered every questions I have. I just hope they open more hours for support for US based clients. But overall, it's good.

I had an excellent meeting with Rio from the Assisty team today. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly step-by-step — especially around setting up inventory parameters, demand forecasting, and safety stock controls. What really stood out was how he took the time to understand my specific business setup and limitations, then tailored his explanations to make sure the system fit my needs rather than overcomplicating things. He walked me through both the global and item-level configurations, helping me see exactly how to use Assisty to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid over-ordering. I left the session feeling confident, supported, and impressed with the level of service.

Used to build my own Excel sheet to make sure I purchase on time, but this app saves a lot of time and make sure I have everything in stock. Shows immediatly when and how much to order. I wanted to make sure that in an inventory app the Bundle products are correctly integrated and are translated into single products, that works fine. The dashboards can be in the beginning overwhelming. Therefore I recommend to book the demo. Rio from customer service helped me patiently step by step to make sure I look at the correct data and helping priotizing the data. Thanks again Rio!
Darius was very helpful in onboarding me with the basics and some advanced settings for the app; I can say it has everything I need right now.
