Darius, was great! He walked me through the important details. Its a big add on and alot of different features but so far so good.

I'm thrilled to discover apps like Assisty that can help me manage my Shopify inventory levels. It's very easy to set up and pinpoint the reorder point and inventory movement, which allows me to balance my books. Alex Nguyen gave me a live demo, allowing me to follow along and play in my store while he demoed on his system. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

I just had a call with Darius and I believe it was very informative, they are always trying to upgrade the application and their costumer service is excellent. They answer you in a timely manner.

I don't use the software, but I did get an overview of it. It looks good, it would just be a lot for us to adapt it at this point. The support from the overview call by Alex was great. He answered all my questions, understood my issues, and was able to give great support.

Great live support from Darius on how to use the app in a demo today! This app is very detailed and has a ton of features to learn and use, we're only just starting but the support and learning materials have been very helpful so far.
