Assisty.ai has significantly enhanced our Shopify inventory management. Darius has been truly helpful in demonstrating the features of Assisty, which are exactly what we have been looking for. Great support by Rio! The app has extensive possibilities for reports etc. For our business it might have even a bit too many options which makes it a bit more complicated than necessary. But the value for money and for all the possibilities is definitely very good.

The support is amazing, thank you Rio Vu - the onboarding helps a lot to understand your numbers and ways to improve your sales, performance, stock. The app is offering more advanced and in-depth information on how to improve our store. Just starting to use it, but I was impressed how quickly you can access any kind of data. So if you have orders to analyze or inventory on hand, it's definately worth to install and check what the app (and also the onboarding) is offering.

App is amazing, exactly what is needed. We needed daily inventory reporting particularly. This app does so much more. Looking forwardto exploring. They gave us a very generous trial period without paying!

Great Inventory Management Tool with Excellent Support I've been using Assisty for inventory planning, and it has significantly improved my stock management process. The app offers great insights and helps me optimize my supply chain efficiently. A special shoutout to Darius from the support team—his assistance was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer all my questions. One area for improvement would be the loading times, which can sometimes feel a bit slow, and the responsiveness on smaller screens could be better. That being said, Assisty is a fantastic tool, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for smarter inventory management!

The Developer support experience is very customer friendly. We were able to choose appointment times literally on same day if needed. We were able to hop on a web conference and connect with a video call. All of my questions were answered pretty much on the spot. Very supportive team. Also we being in a startup phase, the developer team offered for extended trial period. This is a very nice gesture and anyone trying to get business up an running would appreciate this, and so do we. As far as the app, already tried few of the reports and its has ton of information. Lots of useful metrics, various features of a true analytical engine for inventory optimization. We highly recommend this app.
