We haven't yet started using it on a day to day but I have been working very closely with their team on adjusting the platform to our needs. So far it has been great and they have found solutions to all our requirements. We're at the stage where it seems like we're ready to use it on a day to day basis and I'm very excited about it!

Steve was very helpful in our introductory-call. He explained the tools that I was interested in in detail. He went above and beyond by making a custom rule for my store which will help with creating purchase orders that are in a different currency than the store currency.

We are a new business so still monitoring the accuracy of the inventory planning tools, but to date the team at Assisty have been great! They worked hard to ensure our data was "clean" before we started paying for the app, they are very responsive and engaged, and have created a new linked google spreadsheet that is very intuitive, informative and will make forecasting easy! This app is very affordable but also robust in its features. We have around 2,000+ skus and it really helps us plan, manage, and forecast our inventory. We use Shopify for web and epos now , this app helps us forecast what products we need in each shop and the amount. It is easy for us to read and understand. The support team ( I spoke with Rio ) he set everything up for me inside the app and showed me around it very helpful.
