Super responsive developer team! Emailed them about some settings my team was having trouble with, they emailed back within a few hours and added the features I needed within a day or two. Excellent communication throughout.

My customer has been using this app since December and it solved a big pain point for them because they sell bulk products. They have an integration to Microsoft Business Central. However you recently updated your product and changed the field names and our integration broke. My customer didn't notice initially and then couldn't figure out what was causing the incorrect data, and by the time they asked me, it has been over a month of incorrect transactions. What is your communication strategy for updates like this? It's a simple change and we could have avoided a mess if we had advance notice?

App works exactly like it should. If you do have any issues the customer service is excellent with very quick response times. Sophearom is awesome and quick to help out.

App is intuitive/easy to understand and, according to my experience, works better than other apps in this space. Support (Sophearom) is very responsive and excellent at resolving queries/issues.
