The support was fantastic. We sell grain by the pound and ounce and this app did the trick for us but even more impressive was the support I got in setting up the store. I am not a website developer so needed some in depth help and these guys delivered. Can't say enough good things about the app and the help we recieved.

We sell both food and non-food items by weight. Some is by pound, and others by kg, and this app makes everything work smoothly. What's more, they added an EXPORT function, so it's make bookkeeping much easier. If you sell by weight, then this is the app I'd recommend.

We love this app! We have been waiting for something like this for our fabric store for a very long time. The customer support is PHENOMENAL - they have graciously helped customize things to our needs and have answer many questions for us!

Sophearom and his team were very helpful and responded quickly to the couple of issues we initially had. The app works great for our store, as we sell bulk cleaning and care products in refill format, by weight.
