Plus de 3 jours que l'applications ne fonctionne plus sur mon site. J'ai laissé plusieurs messages dans le chat j'attends toujours une réponse. Je suis vraiment très déçu.

This app is everything I was looking for, the customization and style are different from all the apps available. The support team was helpful when I needed to fix any issue.

Avis modifié le 02/09/2025 : "L'application ne fonctionne plus, pas de moyen de l'ouvrir... J'aimerais bien que le SAV me contacte parce que j'ai perdu tous mes avis :O" Je recois bien les avis, mais impossible d'envoyer de mails de demandes a mes clients. Impossible egalement de prendre un forfait pour beneficier de plus d'avis et d'option. Aucune réponse du SAV. Je vais changer d'application! Modification après réponse du SAV: Le souci de changer de forfait a été résolu plutôt rapidement une fois en relation avec eux. Je trouve néanmoins que les forfaits sont un peu cher pour le service proposé. Le probleme d'envoyer des mails n'a pas été résolu par contre.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour les inconvénients que vous avez rencontrés. Je suis ravi de vous annoncer que le problème empêchant l'achat des forfaits a été résolu. I regret ever installing the Audien Reviews app. First off, their customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times regarding issues, and all I got were generic responses that didn’t solve anything. It’s as if they don’t care once you’ve installed the app. To make things worse, their app creates serious issues in Google Search Console, particularly with ratings and reviews. After installing, my search console was flooded with errors like: "Invalid object type for field 'aggregateRating'" "Missing required field 'itemReviewed'" "Invalid structured data for product reviews" These errors tank your SEO performance, and even after uninstalling, the errors didn’t go away easily! Searching online, I found many others complaining about the same issues. This app is more trouble than it’s worth. It promises to help with reviews but ends up hurting your business instead. Avoid this app at all costs there are much better alternatives available

Audien is incredibly practical and user-friendly! Customers find it easy to navigate, and I love that I can edit reviews or choose when to publish them. The option to hide dates, last names, or any sensitive customer info adds a great layer of security. Their support team is always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I GAVE YOU DAYS TO RESPOND & GET ME A CSV FILE OF MY REVIEWS & NO RESPONSE. SO, HERES MY REVIEW OF WHAT YOUR APP DID TO ALL 3 OF MY STORES WITH PROOF! HAVE A GREAT DAY! I would give zero if i could! This app will ruin your store DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This is my 3rd store it has ruined on a new theme. From Shopify support. Here is what they said, Vikki here, from Shopify's Theme Support. Angelica reached out to us about your conversation with them. I've taken a look at the issue you're having with a Broken HTML error showing in your Monk theme. Monk theme 'Broken HTML' error I see what you mean Carrie! I've checked this out, and it looks like the Audien Reviews edited a theme file related to the product template, but not exactly the file required for the app installation. This seems to be something of a conflict between this app and the Monk theme. This change was causing strange behaviour on the Recently viewed section and leading to the error shown in the Theme Editor. I have 3 stores I stupidly used this app on & after spending weeks with 2 developers of 2 different themes i bought, both of the problems were caused by this app. While working on my main store this is what Theme Developers said, Hello there, Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue you are facing for your store regarding the sales is caused by the product structural data issue. As we want to let you know that the issue is happening because of the review app which you are using. As their aggregate data is not passed the Google search results as shown in the snapshot below. As this issue will cause Google SEO issues because of the incomplete product structural data. Your app has not let my stores be seen on google at all and this store I was about to shut down because it had zero traffic and no sales for months. Well, I went with Judge.me review app yesterday and got a few reviews up and had a sale on this store in less than 24hrs today. I am having to manually redo my reviews because you REFUSE to answer me or give me a csv file for the 1500+ reviews i lost for 3 stores. IF YOU DON'T WANT TRAFFIC OR SALES THEN ADD THEIR APP!!! BEWARE IT WILL RUIN YOUR STORE
