We have recently moved over to this App and i have found the staff helpful and able to work through issues. I would recommend this app if you have become frustrated with others who over promise and under perform.

We recently made the switch from our previous shipping app, Addition (AMP), to PluginHive's Australia Post Rates and Labels app, and the difference has been night and day. The main catalyst for our move was the support from our old app, which can only be described as terrible. In complete contrast, the support team at PluginHive has been absolutely outstanding. Setting up accurate shipping rules can be complex, but every single time I contacted the PluginHive team, they responded within hours. Their replies were always concise, highly technical, and packed with the exact helpful information we needed to map out our business contract requirements. Thanks to their fast turnaround times and excellent customer service, what could have been a stressful migration was made completely seamless.
