Great communication! Very happy with the service; glad I can easily request for support whenever necessary.
I just had a 1 hour Zoom bringing me up to speed on using the app following the sudden departure of a long serving colleague. Was clear, precise and thorough. Can not speak more highly of this support plus a couple of items were incorrectly input with weight which were sorted. Keep up the good work
