We have been using the app for a month now and it is fantastic. It saves so much time and is super easy to use. The customer service is very responsive and helpful at any time too. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a solution to their Aus Post label printing needs.

I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.

The app was too easy to download, had at least a dozen questions on set up, Touseef was a ledgend, hey knew what to do and answered all my queeries in a matter of minuites,very knowledgeable support, loving this app already, great job Touseef
