This app is very straightfoward. live rates so the pricing is dynamic based on customer's location. Priyanka helped me with onboarding and she is very patient and knowledgable. She definitely deserves a promotion!

I am brand new to using shopify, building a store and anything ecommerce. The customer support team has been amazing, sending videos and guides to walk me through certain roadblocks and even jumping on a free zoom with me! Have felt supported by PluginHive from beginning to end.

Priyanka was very good at explaining to me, the label generation is very easy, and so to is the entire platform
Priyanka was an amazing person to help us solve issues we had with our Aus Post app - she was so thorough and took her time making sure we were doing the right then and explained everything in detail to ensure we understood where we went wrong and how we can fix it.
