Nova can automatically or manually switch currencies based on our customer's location. I like this feature. And customer service is really nice and instant.

Nova was amazing at solving my issue! Therese helped me change some settings from within my theme to make the currency converter integration easy. She also had other suggestions that were great! Highly recommend especially due to the customer service.

The app does the task well. The support provided by Therese is highly appreciated, she quickly helped us with the settings and also had a few recommendations - quick fixes that we could do to improve the user experience on our website. Would recommend downloading the app and reaching out to the customer support team if you need any assistance. It's not a bot but actual humans that help you out.

Did not solve my problem so I removed it, but it still shows on my website.
Hi there, I've read your recent feedback about our app and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered. I'd like to reassure you though that our app certainly works, as we use Shopify's API to process the conversions. However, we understand that certain theme or app incompatibilities can occur from time to time. That is why we have our 24/7 chat support team to help you out. I'd also be happy to investigate this further and have it fixed for you, but I could see that you've already uninstalled the app. If you'd like to give our app another chance and reinstall it, I'd be honored to offer you any help you need so we can turn your experience with the app around. Though our app is completely free, it is by no means an app that we neglect, and we take issues such as the one you're experiencing very seriously and would love to get to the bottom of it.
