The biggest life savior for my business has come in the form of this little gem! I've not only saved myself a ton of money and time, but also a lot of headaches from missed orders and improperly entered tracking that is now all automated - not to mention less customer service issues that I predict will lead to more repeat business and a higher customer retention. The service is absolutely INVALUABLE!!!

This is my 3rd store using this App and its a MUST. It has saved us from using two existing apps, time and money. It has also helped minimize mistake as well. All I need to do is send my supplier the link and they just download the orders on a daily basis and upload the sheet in the same link once tracking is available. All I need to do is make sure the tracking number appearts in Shopify. :) This is a life saver, especially if you are doing high volume orders. Most importantly their team is always available to help, which is a MUST for me. When you are dealing with order fulfillment, you can not wait for 24-48 hours for customer support. You can log in and chat with them real time and they are available most of the time. I enjoyed working with their team!

One of the best app ever, it saves too much time: instead of updating the tracking number one by one. it saves money: no need to hire an employee for updating the tracking number. No need to download 2 apps for updating your tracking as the other app. Really recommend.

What a great app and cheaper than others I looked at. Very easy to use and set up and the support is very good via the live chat in helping me with any questions I have. One of the best customer support I've ever encountered in Shopify platform. Reuben has been very prompt and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about the app in very detailed, precise manner (with snapshots to illustrate his answers). Definitely A+++++ customer support rating.
