A must-have for managing gifts and promotions We use AutoCart to manage our gift-with-purchase mechanics and more complex promotional rules, and it has become a very important part of our Shopify setup. The app is flexible, reliable and makes it much easier to build promotional mechanics that would otherwise be quite complicated to manage, especially when working with different thresholds, conditions and gifts. A special mention goes to the support team. They are extremely responsive and genuinely willing to understand how our store and promotional strategy work. Whenever we’ve needed something more specific, they’ve helped us find a solution, customize the setup and optimize the functionality around our actual needs. AutoCart has dramatically simplified how we run promotions. What used to take fiddling now just works, and it has made our auto-add-to-cart offers effortless to set up. On top of that, the team has been excellent to work with. We had an odd setup that needed some custom code tweaks, and they jumped in without hesitation to make it work for us. Highly recommend.
