I was having trouble with a few features, and Fabio provided outstanding support, he helped me resolve the issue by video call the very same day. The team is very reactive, and the app offers excellent value, especially for free gift promo codes. Highly recommended!

We never used the app but found out they had been billing us for nearly a year. We downloaded it for the free trial a while ago but it didn't fit with our needs to we never upgraded to a paid plan. As we were cleaning up apps, we learned that they auto-enrolled us even though we never used it at all (even for the trial). When I asked to be refunded, they refused. Why would you keep money from a store who never used your app at all? It's unethical and disappointing that this is how they operate. We now know we won't be using Nextools for anything going forward as we prefer to work with honest and ethical companies.
Hi, I'm very sad you decide to leave a bad review after all our conversations where we offered you a discount on other apps or to find an agreement. If you decide to rethink about it we are here as always. Just to clarify that we did not "auto-enroll", but a plan has been activated accepting a 7 days free trial, after that period that app should have been removed otherwise the plan will start.
Incredible support, great thinking and technical knowledge above and beyond. We had an ongoing issue that we had hit a wall with around our gifts with purchase behaviour in our cart and checkout execution. Autocart solved the issue. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!
