We never used the app but found out they had been billing us for nearly a year. We downloaded it for the free trial a while ago but it didn't fit with our needs to we never upgraded to a paid plan. As we were cleaning up apps, we learned that they auto-enrolled us even though we never used it at all (even for the trial). When I asked to be refunded, they refused. Why would you keep money from a store who never used your app at all? It's unethical and disappointing that this is how they operate. We now know we won't be using Nextools for anything going forward as we prefer to work with honest and ethical companies.
Hi, I'm very sad you decide to leave a bad review after all our conversations where we offered you a discount on other apps or to find an agreement. If you decide to rethink about it we are here as always. Just to clarify that we did not "auto-enroll", but a plan has been activated accepting a 7 days free trial, after that period that app should have been removed otherwise the plan will start.

Incredible support, great thinking and technical knowledge above and beyond. We had an ongoing issue that we had hit a wall with around our gifts with purchase behaviour in our cart and checkout execution. Autocart solved the issue. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Super app, permet de créer des réductions avec des cadeaux offerts etc. Le service client est au top, très réactif, à l'écoute et efficace. Je recommande !

Support, specifically Yuvraj, was incredibly helpful in getting the app working to meet our needs. They worked with me extensively to test different configurations to get the rules working to meet my needs, and added suggested features for consideration.

The customer service is excellent. We had a glitch on Shopify end and the tech support with AutoCart app worked with me and communicated with me all the through until it was fixed. And the function is now working great for our store, thank you!

buggy - needs a lot of work

A simple yet very effective free gift app that works seamlessly! We tested many of the popular free gift apps, but they all fell short - they don't work practically when combining with other discounts, plus they aren't able to both add and remove in the checkout dynamically based on the free gift threshold. Andrea provided outstanding support and is even implementing our suggested improvements to make the app even better.
