I was testing out the app and it didn't work out for me. I cancelled my account right after. Later I noticed the app charging me for several months because they said I didn't cancel my account, that it was a pause, and it re-activated and started billing me after the 30 day pause. There was NOWHERE that said that would occur when I clicked pause/cancel. It NEVER said that would occur. I would have assumed pause means there's no charges until I want to come back later and choose a paid plan (not pause for 30 days and charge my card). I didn't get any emails saying they were going to charge my card. I didn't notice the charges because the first line on the bill for AutoDSwas $0, but then there's a second line after my other apps for $49! I asked them for a refund as they know I never used their service and they know there is no activity either but they refuse to refund me. I asked Shopify for assistance as I can't really do a chargeback either since it's Shopify charging my card and it doesn't look like they're going to help either. I'm not sure why AutoDS refuses to refund me if they know I didn't use the app at all and they billed me because of the way they set it up to scam people out of money. It's looking like I lost over $100 in AutoDS billing me for something that I canceled but they decided to scam-bill me. Can't even do a chargeback the way a regular customer would do either.
