I am trying to cancel my subscription and got charged anyway. I canceled and uninstalled the app and they still charged my PayPal account. I'm sure it's a great app once you understand what yuou are doing. I canceled because I am still getting comfortable with how everything works. They still are planning to charge me every month.

The cost was not explained and the product in my store were mediocre.
I cancelled this app during my free trial period and they still went ahead and tried to debit my card.

Easily connects to Shopify and good with syncing products and price/stock monitoring. Smooth and clean interface. Very good customer service with fast responses and kind people. They offered me a discount on my next billing date as I had some problems with my last bill and they easily resolved it kindly and quickly. Dorina T also helped me with anything I needed and gave me a free month of the product finding hub add on. So far it is going smoothly so thank you to the AutoDS team!

The user support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you have to 1) first go through and A.I that can repeatedly take you round in circles. 2) A poorly designed and clumsy defined screen. If you create a list of products and need to check price comparisons against other sellers, you have to go back to the beginning and search for the products by name. 3) The guides videos and the affiliate partners are so eager to make money off of you to sign-up that many promise the moon and when you start the journey you are stuck with multiple issue e.g. 10-20 products to be automatically connected to your shop but on two and one no longer in supply and you have to gradually dig your way out of each issue which can take weeks or months as in my case. Think twice before you start and do loads of personal research before paying for service offered on the the platform. The platform also seems to share your sight info to people that randomly email you offering services you never requested. I am Ultra-disappointed. .

Was having issues with integration at first but all is good now and AutoDS has been great!

I signed up for AutoDS using a partner link that promised a free month. I was charged after just 3 days- false advertising, plain and simple. That set the tone for everything that followed. The real problem is the constant demand to top up balance - for this feature, for that feature, on top of an already expensive subscription. It feels less like a tool and more like a slot machine where you keep feeding it money just to keep your store functioning normally. And the store itself is in constant conflict with Shopify. Prices change automatically without my permission. Products show "out of stock" when they're clearly in stock. Discounts I set manually disappear overnight. I'm not asking AutoDS to read my mind -I'm asking it to stop overwriting decisions I already made in my own store. Support is the final straw. It's bots opening tickets that go nowhere. No human follow-up, no actual resolution - just an endless loop of automated replies while real problems sit untouched. For a paid service charging real money, this level of support is unacceptable. I expected a tool that saves time. Instead I'm spending more time fighting the tool than running my business.
