Once the best, now completely broken since the Fiverr acquisition. This used to be the top app in the market, but it has completely gone downhill. Core features like price monitoring and supplier importing no longer work. I have opened multiple support tickets, but all I receive are empty apologies and broken promises. I am being charged over $200 a month for a service I cannot use due to ongoing technical issues. If I am not getting price and inventory monitoring, there is no reason to suffer with this app; I could easily use a basic alternative for $10 that imports thousands of items without monitoring. To make matters worse, their technical failures occur at least three times a year, with each issue taking months to resolve. Effectively, I am paying for a service that is broken six months out of the year. Additionally, if you try to downgrade your subscription, they force you to delete all your store items. This app is no longer viable, and you will lose more money covering its subscription costs than you will ever make using it. Avoid at all costs.

I really appreciated the prompt responses from the support team. And i really enjoyed the screenshot images being sent in the chat, this made things so much easier to find as a first time member. Im super excited that I found this APP !! Definitely recommend this app for all drop shippers.
The app crashes immediately whenever I try to cancel my subscription by clicking the "plan" button. It’s absolutely shameless. This makes it impossible for me to cancel the subscription.

This app should have 25/7 live agents not bots. I am struggling to get start 2 months later. No support.
