Numerous problems, and none of them have been resolved. Inventory and prices fail to update, products cannot be edited, images disappear, suppliers haven't updated their information, the app displays incorrect inventory information, and customer service is unresponsive. 70 days have passed, and the package is still en route and not updating.

They charged med over 300 dollar, when i haven't used the app at all. Dont trust it and don't used it. There is more people having the same problem and they don't answer customer support or anything.

Achtung SCAM!!! 250$ unberechtigt abgebucht! Der Kundensupport war überhaupt nicht hilfreich, sondern hat nur mit Standardsätzen abgewimmelt. Die Abrechnung war irreführend, und sie halten an meinem Geld fest, obwohl ich das Abo sofort storniert habe. Mein Fazit: Sie sind nicht vertrauenswürdig, und ich würde jedem raten, die Finger davon zu lassen!

Me registre, use la app 2 dias y luego cancele la subscripcion. Ahora, 2 dias despues me aparece un cobro de 15 usd en mi cuenta, cuando aun estaba dentro de los 30 dias de prueba gratuita. Tengan cuidado!

This is a scam. After you register, money will be deducted from your bank account without your knowledge, and these fees are provided for almost nothing! Their customer service is slow to respond and resolve issues, and despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved. They refuse to refund my request.

HUIR HUIR HUIR, Hay otras opciones muchisimo mas baratas e incluso gratuitas y que encima son mejores que esta. Para mi ha sido una experiencia nefasta. Es una APP que me instale y me desinstale en el mismo dia, porque no satisfacia mis intereses. El caso es que pese a desinstalar la app, como ya estaba registrado, han cobrado 2 meses la modica cantidad de 40 y pico euros sin tener siquiera la app. Para rematar la maravillosa experiencia, la desinstalacion es como un acertijo, tiene varios pasos y en uno de ellos, que tienes que marcar la opcion del motivo por el que anulas la suscripcion, parece que tienes que adivinar la opcion correcta, porque marcara la que marcara, no podia avanzar en la desinstalacion y LO PEOR ES QUE AUN TENIENDO EL MES PAGADO, LO PIERDES ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO TODO TODO.

BEWARE, this app is a complete RIP OFF. They will charge you heavily for basically nothing! My last invoice was over $400 USD and I have not even officially launched my website or sold a single thing.

Termination and Withheld Funds Dear AutoDS Management, I am writing to formally escalate a critical issue regarding my account [email protected]. Yesterday, I loaded funds into my fulfillment balance specifically to process a pending order. Immediately after these funds were deducted, my account was suspended, and I was blocked from the platform. Currently, the order remains unfulfilled, yet I am being prompted to pay for a subscription for a service I cannot access. The level of support received from your assistant, Orion, has been entirely unhelpful and fails to address the fact that my money was taken without the corresponding service being rendered. I require the following immediate actions: Direct Contact from a Manager: I wish to speak with a supervisor regarding the "insane" timing of this account lockout immediately following a financial deposit. Refund of Managed Balance: A full refund of all funds loaded for fulfillment that were not used or were taken without order completion. Cancellation of Subscription Charges: Immediate voiding of any current or future subscription invoices while my account is inaccessible. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a fraudulent transaction with my financial institution and file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If I could give this app zero stars, I definitely would. When I first installed it, it didn't work at all as advertised, and I couldn't successfully purchase anything from my store. So I deactivated my account, but a month later, I was charged a "usage fee"... even though my account was deactivated. I contacted customer service for a refund because I had already deactivated my account, but they refused my request without giving me a clear reason. They suggested I deactivate my account again, but I've already deactivated it, so why should I deactivate it again to ensure I won't receive any more bills... Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and their system has obvious billing issues, charging a usage fee to someone who's already

ALERTA: Esta aplicación es un fraude, y te cobran el año completo una vez concluida los dìas de prueba y son mas de 350 dolares, siendo que estaba programado para pagar mensual, ellos cobran el año completa, una vez que reclame por paypal el empresa AUTODS me solicita cerrar caso, para hjacer el reembolso y luego de cerrar el caso, ellos no se hacen cargo, tengo pruebas.
