THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY I DIDNT EVEN USE THE APP JUST CHECK AND THEY TOOK ALMOST€ 400 I can’t even ask for a refund cause customer service is not working. Can u guys please reply and refund !!!

Totalmente horrible la experiencia. Dos meses con ellos y estoy muy descontento. 1. Ojo cuando activéis un plan ya que se activan complementos aparte que te los cobras sin avisar. 2. El servicio de soporte es inexistente, tardan horas en responderte y en mi caso no han sabido solucionar mi error, simplemente se limitan a responder cada 24 horas(con suerte). 3. Si no cumplen con sus funciones y les pides que te devuelvan el dinero debido a que su software da error no te lo darán, simplemente te ignoran Aunque la use porque ya tengo la mensualidad no la recomiendo en ningún caso

During my free trial, I had an add-on that i had accidently added and then I had cancelled the free trial because I wasn't satisfied. The add-on bill kept showing up on my shopify billing page even though it was during a free trial. Can I please get my refund.

Worst experience. Be careful before signing up with AutoDS. there are many hidden fees. I believe I was scammed and am still trying to get my money back. I signed up for the $39.90/month Starter plan, which was fine, but just four days later they began making automatic charges. There were multiple transactions taken from my account: first $2.18, then several charges of $22.92, and the next day $522.51. I received a bank notification, and they attempted another charge of $531.23. Luckily, after the $522.51 charge, my bank blocked further transactions, so the second large payment didn’t go through. I have screenshots as proof, but none of these transactions appear in my AutoDS account history. The worst part is they don’t have a customer support phone number or live support. I am still in the process of trying to recover my money.

Automatically charged me a full year subscription for an account I can't even access. Trying to get support to resolve this and the AI is stating I opened an account 6 years ago when it was in fact last year. Very poor customer service and I am still trying to get my money back.

This was the worst experience! Something as simple as a log in was a nightmare! I set up this with a gmail account then I switch to a busienss account and lost my access forever. Support was not able to help me at all.

This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.

Scammy software. In the short time I had this installed on my store (no more than 30 minutes) I had no less than 3 upsell pages pop up. To top it off, when you subscribe it auto-selects auto order placement and tracking for an extra $10 a month (isn't this a basic feature of the software?) Even after selecting that it seems to only give you 5 'credits' so I'm assuming if you have more than 5 orders you have to pay additional fees. Seems to sole purpose of this app is to upsell everything, deliver nothing (I also tried to add products from amazon in multiple ways and you just get broken errors).

Закупочные цены отображает неправильно, оформление заказа доходит до трех суток ( вручную это 10 минут ! ), отслеживание наличия товара не работает. Attention aux frais cachés et aux pratiques de facturation douteuses ! Une expérience extrêmement décevante. L'application semble intéressante au début, mais méfiez-vous des frais qui s'accumulent sans avertissement clair. Le support client est quasi inexistant lorsqu'il s'agit de demander un remboursement ou de régler un litige technique. C'est un système conçu pour vider votre compte avant même que vous ayez fait votre première vente. Passez votre chemin, il existe des alternatives bien plus honnêtes et transparentes pour le dropshipping au Québec. À fuir !
