App works decently well and there is always customer service available to help within a couple of hours or so.

I am trying to cancel my subscription and got charged anyway. I canceled and uninstalled the app and they still charged my PayPal account. I'm sure it's a great app once you understand what yuou are doing. I canceled because I am still getting comfortable with how everything works. They still are planning to charge me every month.
