I want to share my very fresh experience with AutoDS, I had created an account linked to Shopify to start experiencing its options for managing an online shop, it wasn't bad, but somehow slow, I trust the team will enhance it and bring more new features very soon, at the end, the product is very interesting. Most important part is that, I used to profit from what called "trial 0.99USD" session, but frankly speaking, the period of this test was not clearly and explicitly explained, after 14 days, I was surprised with a sudden payment of 39.9USD followed by another ~130USD, I immediately went in and cancelled my subscriptions but I was afterwards unable to login anymore to understand exactly what is happening, so I communicated a support ticket by Email and on a dedicated quality service link to explain the situation, understand these payments nature and inquire for a refund, surprisingly, I had been contacted and immediately refunded with a lovely and very fast support communication (thank you so much Dorina for you honest support), the support was treated fairly and as said was refunded till the last paid cent, I really appreciate it. So I assign 5 stars for the customer/quality support, but 4 stars for the AutoDS technical quality which will be without any doubt enhanced. Thank you so much

App compatibility Not every app is built to work on every store. Some apps are designed to work with specific store settings. To prevent you from installing apps that don't work on your store, app developers can set installation requirements for their apps. If your store’s settings don’t meet an app’s installation requirements, then the app is marked as Not compatible in the Shopify App Store. On the app listing page for an incompatible app, you can review which installation requirements don't meet your store's settings. You can't install the app unless those settings change. If an app that you've already installed becomes incompatible with your store, then you'll get an app notification in the Shopify admin that explains what store settings are incompatible with the app. Installation requirements are associated with store settings that are difficult to change, such as your business location or the countries you ship to. In most cases, we recommend you find alternative apps that work for your store, unless you're planning to change your business setup. Note If you do make changes to your store to meet an app’s requirements, then it can take up to 1 hour before you’re able to install the app. During this time, the app continues to display the button labeled Not compatible. Installation requirements There are 5 types of installation requirements that an app can have: Point of sale: The app works with stores that have the Shopify Point of Sale channel. Shipping countries: The app works with stores that ship to at least one of the specified countries. The countries you ship to are set by your shipping zones. Currency: The app works with stores that sell in at least one of the currencies that the app supports. Business address: The app works with stores with a primary business address in a country that the app supports. Online Store: The app works with stores that have the Online Store channel

Il tecnico ha dimostrato una profonda conoscenza del sistema e ha saputo guidarmi attraverso ogni fase del processo. Non solo ha convertito il mio vecchio account in un nuovo account senza intoppi, ma ha anche fornito chiarimenti utili su come ottimizzare l'uso della piattaforma per le mie esigenze future.
