Little Cub Gear review for Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

This is my first week using AutoDS and it has been a nightmare. I'm trying to upload hundreds of products and some are going to Shopify with no images, just blank listings with no photos. Support has not provided any real solution. First they told me to resync my store, didn't work. Then they told me to delete and reupload the products, didn't work. Now they're telling me I have to wait to hear back from their developers with no timeline. Three different responses, zero results, and those products are still broken. I can't manually fix each one, that defeats the entire purpose of using automation software. If I'm getting errors like this during onboarding before I've even launched, what happens when orders start coming in? For a platform that calls itself all-in-one automation, basic product importing with images should work consistently. This has been quite disappointing and I'm seriously reconsidering whether this is the right tool for my business.
