**UPDATED REVIEW*** While I have had some issues with the software from time to time (like all software), the staff has ALWAYS been kind and courteous and always nice to work with even when I wasn't. AutoDS is the heartbeat of my store so just like my real heart, when I have a problem it is serious, The way they dealt with my recent issue restored my faith in AutoDS. I look forward to a long running relationship. **INITIAL REVIEW*** I have chatted with support several times and they have been VERY helpful, and fast.
