It makes good catalog, but interactive options are limited. We can`t find where to see placed orders from interactive catalog (if choosing option add to wholesale order sheet) and there is an issue to link catalog to store front. No support or instructions online for this issue. In support chat send button doesn`t work.

So far, this app has saved me a tremendous amount of time. When I found a step within the app that I wasn't quite sure how to handle, I chatted with someone via the embedded chat and they gave me instructions right away. Thanks!

Support is not very good, sent many messages and the support chat send button does not work, very frustratinig.

So far very easy to create and edit my digital catalog. Looking forward to getting lots of use out of this app.

The app’s features are convenient, but I frequently encounter errors that prevent me from progressing to the next step. For example, saving often fails, causing me to lose hours of work. Additionally, product metafields sometimes don’t load correctly, product data fails to display, or layouts break after publishing. I’ve run into numerous bugs, which has been frustrating. To make matters worse, support can take several days to respond, and I’m still struggling to resolve some issues. While I’m satisfied with the app’s functionality overall, it would be an excellent app if these bugs were addressed.

It is an absolute waste of money

dont think twice... get this app. It is a game changer. tech support- issues solved in matters of minutes using the chat. and its not a chatbot... its a live human chat... i cant say enough about this. very pleased. a+++++

This has been an amazing resource to add on to our shopify. The Customer Support team was incredible at getting us set up and and even adjusted the programming to better serve us. Very thankful to have come across this program.

Love that it integrates with our Shopify store! We utilized their Custom Catalog service as our needs were very specific. They customized the catalog exactly how we wanted. They were quick to respond to questions and stayed in touch with their progress. Will continue to use this app for our annual catalog build.

We have been looking for an app like this for years. It's the best of it's kind. I also needed some customization and their customer support was very good. Quick response and very helpful. I am not a programmer so they were also very patient. I highly recommend.

Haven't had a positive experience yet difficult to navigate and customers hate that all catalog order forms start at 1 not zero
