I contacted chat to have the branding removed. Jai was really helpful and made my experience quick and simple. He was super friendly and quickly did what I had requested. The program is easy to use and laid out well.

Quick setup! Easy to stay on brand. I used the customer referrals function but will definitely look into more services you offer. Also, I like the free options for very small businesses like mine.

We're using a free version for Refer a Friend. The feature is easy to use and style, but I find it a bit limiting in the extent to which I can customise promo codes. Still no redemptions from referred friends, but will continue running this add-on and see what we can get.

Customer service was fast and responsive. They were able to help out right away. So far the app is clean and fast operating. Hopefully it will bring in new customers, I have only had it a very short while.
