this is the so bad app you pay more for nothing just for nothing there is no cancelation button in the app do you imagine and afership tracking app i had pro plan and app said me that i cant downgrade this is joke i think if you install this you are not free to choose plan they preapare plan for you and dont accept cancel the minumum star is 1 if there is 0 ...........

I use this app from Feb.12th and delete on Apr.7th, I send feedback and pictures to them and after they send a email to ask my email address, nobody give me the answer about my questions for a week, whatever I say nobody give me the feedback. I delete this app but still paying for them, the payment didn't not stop.
Dear Customer, We apologize for the delayed response you received on email. We understand that you were charged after you cancelled your subscription, and hope to address the issue. You have upgraded the subscription twice after the billing cycle on 5-Apr & 7-Apr before you cancelled the subscription which is why these were added to your bill as per Shopify's App Charges policy. Once an app is uninstalled or subscription cancelled, AfterShip complies with Shopify's terms and does not bill customers from the next billing cycle. Really great App with superb customization options and a very smooth onboarding process. Would recommend and am looking forward to seeing the results.
