Natsu review for AfterShip for TikTok Shop

since installing a week ago i've had to reach out to support 3 times. the first time i was left on read for a brief moment but another support member came eventually (not a great first impression though). second time it took them an hour to basically say "its seems fine, let us know if it happens again".... entirely unhelpful. the third time (today), i've been left on read for over an hour. i even wrote another message asking whats up and was still left on read (there are read receipts). good luck getting real support from them. going to switch back to quick sync app. update: their response says i was contacted via email which almost seems like theyre trying to imply i was responded to in a timely manner but missed it?? their email was sent after i complained.
