Our Aftership Feed for TikTok disconnected and we had over 100 orders that did not sync to our store. Aftership had us provide a spreadsheet with the order details and in less than 24 hours they had uploaded all of orders into Aftership and that allowed us to sync them to our store and get them shipped out on time. Amazing customer service.
they are quick to respond super helpfull and app is becoming a very powerful tool!!!!
Great support, answered everything that I needed to question.
since installing a week ago i've had to reach out to support 3 times. the first time i was left on read for a brief moment but another support member came eventually (not a great first impression though). second time it took them an hour to basically say "its seems fine, let us know if it happens again".... entirely unhelpful. the third time (today), i've been left on read for over an hour. i even wrote another message asking whats up and was still left on read (there are read receipts). good luck getting real support from them. going to switch back to quick sync app. update: their response says i was contacted via email which almost seems like theyre trying to imply i was responded to in a timely manner but missed it?? their email was sent after i complained.

Much better at managing TikTok listings than the native TikTok app. Support is available very quickly for any issues, which as a new user has come in handy. Jai was most helpful.
AfterShip is an ideal platform for any merchant selling on a Shopify > TikTok Shop pipeline. Highly recommend, they removed all the headaches we encountered with other platforms.
Jai and Starling were fantastic, supporting quick implementation and integration away from TTS App. Aftership's capabilities are far more advanced that TTS App, so excited to see what we can do next.
