Don't be fooled by the free trial offer. I signed up to test the app but decided it wasn't for me. Despite completely uninstalling it before the 3-day trial period ended, I was still charged the $9.99 monthly fee. Many people don't look closely at their statements and assume everything cancels automatically, but that isn't how it worked out here.
Hello Angela, We carefully reviewed your case. Your 3-day free trial started on June 30, 2026, and the app was uninstalled on July 6, 2026. Since the trial ended on July 3, the subscription had already transitioned to the paid plan before the app was uninstalled. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription and prevents any future recurring charges; however, the charge for the active billing period had already been applied. While the charge was processed according to the subscription terms, we reviewed your situation individually and worked with you directly to resolve the matter.
