Great in providing customer service. Thank you Liz for responding quickly regarding my query and helping me connect to your tech team. In my case, I was hoping they can add an exception in adding the widgets in product pages or collections on the website but it's not possible for now. The app is easy to navigate and can be customized according to your brand so I can't wait to explore more about it.

Couldn't get the app to work to begin with, but Liz in support got it working for me and fixed the issues (which were probably in how I configured it). Seems to work pretty well.

Easy to set up, although it did not appear in my store and I had to contact customer support and they've made some settings to be visible. My agent was Hana and she took care of everything with ease. Thank you!

Great and prompt customer support from Lydia. However, there are several limitations to the app as it is now, which I'm hoping get ironed out soon (e.g. daily countdown timers for same day dispatch, unique sets of trust badges for different products).
