There was an issue with the countdown timer with our theme, but when I contacted support Hana fixed it fast. She also helped me with some custom CSS so we could display it how we wanted to with our website. So first impressions of this support team are very good!

Great in providing customer service. Thank you Liz for responding quickly regarding my query and helping me connect to your tech team. In my case, I was hoping they can add an exception in adding the widgets in product pages or collections on the website but it's not possible for now. The app is easy to navigate and can be customized according to your brand so I can't wait to explore more about it.

Couldn't get the app to work to begin with, but Liz in support got it working for me and fixed the issues (which were probably in how I configured it). Seems to work pretty well.

Great and prompt customer support from Lydia. However, there are several limitations to the app as it is now, which I'm hoping get ironed out soon (e.g. daily countdown timers for same day dispatch, unique sets of trust badges for different products).

Im yet to use the app. Just installed. But Abby from customer support was very prompt in helping me with the activation of the badges. Else i would have deleted the app ! So definitely 5 stars for Abby <3
