Huge thanks to Jasmine from the Avada team! She helped me seamlessly enable and integrate the Avada app on my Shopify store. Super quick, patient, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and set up perfectly without any hassle. Excellent support experience highly recommend Avada just because of support like this!

Absolute top app and support! I am extremely happy with the Avada Trust Badges app. The app is very comprehensive and includes all the payment and trust badges you need for the Dutch and Belgian markets (such as iDEAL and Bancontact). But what truly sets this app apart is the fantastic customer service. I was incredibly well-assisted by customer service representative Annie in setting up the badges and styling them with custom CSS to make them look perfect on my webshop. Annie was highly knowledgeable, offered great advice on the best placement for conversion, and responded very quickly. Thanks to her help, I have given my customers' trust a huge boost. I highly recommend this app to everyone who wants to seriously focus on social proof and trust in their webshop.

I cant find words to express the high level support that I received from Annie, and with so much empathy. That is what made the difference. In a world where a lot of things are superficial and robotic, it is very satisfying to find real empathy and patience. Annie helped me work through the installation process with precision.
