The app is great and free. The support is also highly recommended - Esther was able to solve a problem for me in less than 2 minutes.

Had the pleasure of chatting to Jasmine from customer support at Avada. We had some issues in getting some components with Avada to work properly on our Shopify website, and reached out to get some help. Jasmine not only helped resolve our issues, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly on our end. We really appreciated the help, and would highly recommend this service to any other store owner out there!

Avada works great for countdowns, which was the reason why I've implemented on my store. Any customization the support can provide quick assistance as well.

Customer support is fantastic. Esther was on-point with helping me out with restoring counter losing it after switching over from Craft to Dawn theme to test performance changes. Didn't realize there is a Republish Theme button in the Dashboard (for anyone else who runs into this issue.) Thank you Esther!

Don't know what to say rather than Avada is by far the most useful Shopify app I've used, and Esther is the most responsive/helpful support I've met.
