Hana and the entire Avada team are nothing but the best! I have several of their apps and they are all top notch with functionality and customer support. They seem to be available 24/7 always answering within seconds and jumping in and fixing whatever is wrong within minutes. They are absolutely the epitome of quality and customer service.

I am new in this, and need a lot of help, and Avada tech support is very prompt and professional and i worked with Wendy who is super nice & patient. they fix every problem on the spot which makes my work easier. definitely recommend their service. the app has multiple features that can increase your conversion rate. update after 2 years: still great service. very happy with avada. i had worked with Tiffany recently and she was great. delivered exactly what i needed
