Haven't used all functions yet. But so far very supportive and responsive team! For a Free app, the service is perfect. Team representative Esther was helpful with my inquiries very timely manner. Happy with the App, and look forward to using all their tools

Their support is fast and helps you within minutes if something is not working. Thats value for me when I want to have help no matter what time it is. Sunny at Avada found the problem and solved it like a pro!

Using the countdown timer portion of the app. Seems straightforward and easy to use. Contacted support about different timers on different products but then figured it out as they replied which was pretty quick. Support was helpful in making sure I had it right.
