Highly recommend Avada, great app and amazing customer service! I needed assistance setting up the countdown timer and Esther quickly got back to me and guided me throught it step by step. She also assisted me in personalising the timer. Thanks for your help Esther!

I'm just getting started with this app but I love the way it looks. The features are excellent and the customer support is wonderful. I had an issue connecting to my Facebook account in order to activate the live chat feature and the person who helped me stuck with me for quite a while until it was resolved. I definitely appreciated it and now everything is running smoothly.

I highly recommend it, it helped a lot to increase my sales. I had a technical problem and I had immediate help from the support team, Jasmine, Tiana and Toby in the tech, who solved my problem in 2 minutes.

This service is fantastic!! The customer service is amazing! Everyone is very helpful especially Audrey!! They assisted me when needed and now my website is ready to go with some amazing features that have been provided at no cost. I see why they have all the 5 star ratings that they do!!
