Haven't set it up yet but the chat person was awesome! Going to the link to complete the process shortly. She was very patient and was quick about explaining the purpose and process of the app. I am hopeful that it will be all that I hope it will be.

Fantastic support from Hana. I had a small problem with the trust badge sizing on mobile and she solved it in a couple of minutes.

Hana was the best! Great customer service. We had a conflict with the theme announcement bar and she fixed that for us, then gave us instructions.

I was having an issue getting the countdown timer to work on my Shopify store and in only a few minutes Hana was able to get it up and running. Thank you for the fast response!
