We installed the Avada app and also tested a couple of other trust badge apps. The Avada app was definitely the smoothest and easiest to integrate into our store. We did have an issue (entirely our fault) after we installed / then uninstalled (to test other apps) then re-installed the Avada app. We used the live support chat and were helped by a very knowledgable support person, Juliana. She was instantly able to fix our mistake and got things up and running again in a matter of only a few minutes. On so many of the other apps we use, the support agent wouldn't have even connected yet. Juliana was professional, prompt and knew how to fix the problem immediately! I wish all of the other apps we use had support personnel as prompt and competent as she was.

I can't praise the Avada Trust Badges Sale Pop-up app enough! I had it up and running in a swift 2 minutes. When I noticed the countdown and announcement bar weren't showing, I reached out to Hana, who is hands down the most efficient and friendly support person I've ever encountered. She had everything sorted out in just 5 minutes - talk about incredible service! The app is a breeze to use and offers fantastic functionality. I'm giving it 5 stars all the way, and if I could, I'd award Hana a whopping 10 stars for her exceptional assistance!
