I had an issue with the liquid error on my website. I seen that chat was active so I messaged. Ester responded and resolved the issue within a minute. I am so relieved. I was running ads and wanted to continue to build trust and the speediness to help was a relief to me.

I only use this app for small cosmetic changes to my site & on the odd occasion the changes just don't show up. But when I ask for support, Esther has been there and fixed the issue in seconds! This is how customer service should be, quick, efficient & polite through the experience!

Still figuring out the best ways to use the app, but Emily was very helpful in getting it inititally set up with me. So far so good
