There are not enough praise words that I can use to describe the work, professionalism, and kindness of this team. Had to understand and work out some initial installation questions and Dana was very helpful in doing so. They were patient with my not 'getting' some processes and got our pop-up working fast.

I’ve tried many apps on Shopify, but nothing compares to the experience I’ve had with Avada. Their apps are beautifully designed, incredibly useful, and super easy to use — I now use several of them across my store and honestly couldn’t imagine running things without them. But what truly sets Avada apart is their support team. They are, hands down, the most responsive, kind, and helpful team I’ve ever encountered. Every time I have a question or need help, they jump in right away and solve everything with such professionalism and care — it’s amazing. I’m genuinely so impressed and thankful. If you’re thinking about installing an Avada app — don’t hesitate. I 100% recommend all of them. This team really knows how to deliver excellence!

I've been using Avada Boost Sales - Trust Badges for a while now and it has helped me in every possible way to improve trust and boost conversions on my store. The app is awesome — simple to use, very effective, and does exactly what it promises. A big shoutout to the Avada support team, especially Tiana — she’s always there to help, quick to respond, and super helpful with any questions or setup support I needed. Highly recommended to anyone looking to build customer trust and increase sales. I’m very happy with both the app and the service!

I've had a great experience with customer service team is super responsive, friendly, and really helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and they made sure everything worked smoothly on my site. Highly recommend for both the product and the support!

¡Excelente app y un soporte de otro nivel! Estoy realmente sorprendido con la calidad de esta app. Funciona perfecto, es súper intuitiva y tiene todo lo necesario para aumentar la confianza y las conversiones en mi tienda. I'm yet to fully explore everything the app has to offer, but I've played around a bit with the Free Shipping Bar. Had some styling issues but Tiana and the tech team were super helpful and managed to tailor it to my needs. Looking forward to getting stuck into the rest of the features the app has to offer!
