I'm still new and learning and had to contact customer support, I have to say customer support was awesome!! Liz answered chat support right away and identified the problem (there was no 'real' problem). Very impressed as I believe these days customer support is EVERYTHING! Thank you, Liz!!

The best thing so far was the excellent customer service provided by Emily, it changed the experience of a lost new user to that of one that knows customer service is an actual priority for this company/app. She helped, guided, and did set up on her end. Recommended.

This app is so good. The customer support system is also very good. I was having issue with my sticky add to cart and I talk with Hana and she resolve my problem within 5 minutes. Great support

Excellent app, and very easy to use. no coding is required. Lovely designs available & lots of options are available at no charge. Emily assisted with a personalized request & she was very fast, efficient & courteous in assisting me. Great app, great support!

Aside from the app being great, I love how their customer support was able and willing to help us set up the app for our store. Liz is very patient and able to resolve the problems we are having. And now the app is working flawlessly on our site.
