I am so glad I found this App! After trying 3-4 different apps that did not give me what I was looking for, or have support to answer questions, this app was my life saver. When I wanted some changes that required some coding, the support team were really kind and helpful, the responded to me, and immidiately solved the problem. The app is easy to use and super useful. A one stop shop.

The app works quite well, and this may be some of the best customer service I've ever received working with any business, anywhere. I now understand why they have this many reviews. It's a free app as well. Siel and Tiana were particularly helpful for me, but honestly the whole team was great. 5 stars.

Je viens de l'installer et j'en satisfaite, c'est simple à mettre en place et ça se fond très bien dans le thème de mon site sans faire trop intrusif. Le chat est très réactif !
