Just started using this app and needed a little help. Contacted them on live chat and they responded right away. Candace was extremely helpful and fixed my issue right away and she was a pleasure to work with!

It's really easy to use and it's possible to edit the entire interface of the popup. I'm really impressed it's for free. I hope they don't start charging anytime soon.

I have just installed the app to use mainly the countdown timer feature, initially it didnt show when I configured, but I got super fast and efficient support from Prakash and the issue was resolved. Great support experience and so far the app looks exactly what I need.

I just love this app, it's features and their customer support. Customer support is top notch, the best you can get in the market. I had 3 -4 issues today in my online store and 'Emily' fixed all the issues in no time. I'm so impressed with her service.
