Ho avuto supporto molto veloce e competente da Mia
Super simple app to set up and a Tiana was very helpful in confirming that everything was working as it should be.
Great product. I was having some issues getting this setup to track properly. I knew I must be missing something in my tracking scripts. Kevin and Raymond had no issues in requesting access and checking through the setup. We was setup and compliant within a hour. Thanks so much guys. If you want a peace of mind then don't hesitate choosing Avada. If the simple setup causes any issues then these guys will jump and resolve anything fast and efficiently.
Grat app and fantastic support!
Easy to setup, well documented and if you have any issues, their support/compliance team are great! I dealt with Kevin, who made sure we were fully GDPR compliant :)
As far as compliance goes, there isn't an app better, we had to customize the widget a bit to fit our needs but it functions great. Customer support was kind and helpful, Judy was great. We had to go back and forth with them a bit and try a different app for a little. But ultimately went with Avada, they really fought for our business.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that this was a misunderstanding and is NOT related to our app’s pricing. The banner reopening behavior is a built-in feature designed to comply with legal requirements, ensuring users actively provide consent before cookies are set. This is a regulatory necessity rather than a pricing limitation, and currently, there is no setting to modify this behavior within the app. However, we can offer a customization solution at no additional cost to achieve your request. Additionally, the feature that was suggested as an upgrade does NOT actually address your request. This was a misunderstanding from our support team, and we sincerely regret any confusion it may have caused. Judy has acknowledged the mistake and has taken this as a learning experience to improve future guidance. We understand your concerns about pricing and want to assure you that our goal is to provide fair, transparent, and value-driven solutions without imposing unnecessary costs. Additionally, we’d be happy to conduct a deeper review to ensure your store fully complies with regulations specific to your selling regions. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to your response.
This is a very seamless and easy to use app. We had one small problem pop up and Tiana had it resolved in under 5 minutes, which is awesome. Great support staff and fantastic app overall.
Service Client au top ! Très rapide ! J'ai rencontré de plusieurs difficultés, mais l'équipe Avada a toujours su m'aider. Je recommande cette application qui est simple d'usage.
I am truly impressed with both the AVADA Cookie Bar app and the support team! Pamela was incredibly helpful, providing clear and detailed guidance throughout the setup process. Her friendly and professional approach made everything so much easier. The app itself is user-friendly and has all the features needed for GDPR compliance, which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable cookie management solution. Thank you, Pamela, for the outstanding support!
