I was curious about how this app had maintained an average rating of 5 stars with so many users, and now I understand why. The app itself is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. Having dealt with numerous technical support teams, I can confidently say that this one stands out for its promptness, quality of service, and the friendliness of its agents. A special thanks to Pamela and her colleague Toby for their outstanding work! I will definitely recommend this app to others. Thank you!

Kann meines erachtens als Cookie Banner in Deutschland eingesetzt werden. Es ist möglich ein Link jeweils zum Impressum und zur Datenschutzerklärung anzugeben und alle Cookies sind jeweils mit Informationen aufgelistet. Der Support ist super schnell und hilfsbereit.

Tiana was wonderful in helping me through the issues I was having with setting up the banner and making sure everything was correct. She walked me through the steps needed and made sure I understood what was happening. I would highly suggest their customer service alone, the app itself is wonderful but the customer service is a step above.

Although I haven't had the app for long, the customer service I have received in just the first 30 minutes of downloading has been phenomenal. It can be really hard to find genuinely helpful, good quality and confident 1-1 help in the e-commerce business, and Ricky from Avada has given me so much confidence in my cookie banner. He is so attentive to your individual needs and reassures you with anything you may be unsure of. I couldn't recommend it more!

I just installed Avada RGPD/GDPR Cookie Consent with great ease, it is so easy to use that I was able to do the configuration myself. The support service, especially Mia, assisted me with effective compliance and my store. Everything went wonderfully and I am happy not only for that, but also for Mia's welcome, friendliness and courtesy. Well done team!

just setup Avada with the help of Ricky! The service experience was really good - I feel now ready to be compliant with the laws. The setup itself was super convenient with the provided check list and I think this banner is more of an eye candy than others. Thanks again!
