Avada GDPR Cookies Consent

We needed help with the final integration & set up and Lydia did a great job answering our questions and testing it for us.

I purchased the Pro version as I needed this for GDPR reasons. After going through the set-up wizard, I was amazed at how easy and accessible it all was, it felt as easy as ticking check boxes to start. I was a bit confused on the GCMv2 setup, however Tiana was able to check my store and check that I had setup all of the backend configuration properly in my code. She also took screenshots from her test showing screenshot in denied state before accepting cookies, and the second screenshot displaying accepted state after accepting cookies. Tiana was great help! I've tried so many Cookie Consent apps and Avada is the best. Mainly because the customer service is amazing and fast. I've been working with Nim, and she's amazing. Highly recommend if you want a cookie consent banner that is fully customizable to fit the aesthetic of your site.

I don't know where to start I use all of Avada's services This particular app I got a lot of help from Tiana who really took her time and helped me I highly recommend it, if you are like me and want to do everything quickly and easily and plus you get knowledgeable staff who are helpful all the time. Die App ist super aufgebaut und übersichtlich. Der Support ist der oberhammer! Sie haben mir durch alle Schritte geholfen und mich geleitet und sogar für mich übernommen. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Würde meinen besten Freunden immer diese App hier empfehlen.

Very easy to do the initial set up for the app (I did that myself a few weeks ago) and just now Tiana from Avada's chat support expertly took over to make sure the Google Consent Mode V2 integration and testing with my eshop went smoothly! If all other support experts on this app are as helpful and knowledgeable as Tiana then I'll be thrilled :)
