I don't know where to start I use all of Avada's services This particular app I got a lot of help from Tiana who really took her time and helped me I highly recommend it, if you are like me and want to do everything quickly and easily and plus you get knowledgeable staff who are helpful all the time. So I contacted customer support, got a response from Christian within a few minutes and found out that the error was on my side.
