Wir hatten aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Installation bzw. Einrichtung Probleme mit der App. Der über die Chat-Funktion kontaktierte Support hat sofort und kompetent geholfen. Vielen Dank an Doris und Audrey für ihr Engagement und die schnelle Lösung des Problems. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Works a treat and when setting up google consent mode Tiana was very helpful in ensuring it worked correctly. Would recommend.

The app works as it should and have lots of premium features. The install was easy and with help of chat support with Esther i figured out if it indeed was set up correctly =)

Cookie DSGVO Konform is an excellent app for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The app is user-friendly and effective. However, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer support. I had the pleasure of working with Hana, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist me with my specific needs. Hana's expertise and patience are commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this app and its outstanding support team!
