Hello Hadley Pottery, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We checked our chat history and noticed that you initially experienced a pop-up appearing on every page, regardless of input. Our team later found that this was the Shopify cookie banner, not from the Avada app. After clarifying this, we assisted you in disabling Shopify’s default banner and setting up Avada Cookie Consent successfully. We’re happy to know the issue has been fully resolved and that the Avada banner is now displaying as intended. I came to the support team with a problem and they handled it expertly. My support agent Iris was able to walk me through my issues, solve them, and more importantly was able to patiently walk me through every step of the way providing quick and accurate information as my questions flowed.
