I'm pretty good navigating Shopify. But when I encountered the Avada app, I got hung up and couldn't find the right course of action. So, I clicked the "chat" box to ask for help. And up popped Emily! She was fantastic, asked me to look for this and that and to report what I found. I granted her access to my back end and she did what she had to do. Within minutes my Avada EU GDPR Cookie Consent app was working. And I never lifted a finger. NOTE TO AVADA MANAGEMENT: Emily's a gem, you won't find many like her, and her type tends to be discovered by competitors and "promoted." I strongly suggest Emily be awarded a larger office and a massive raise in pay. THIS WEEK!

This is an easy-to-use app that is very customer friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others. The customer service is great especially Jasmine, who went above and beyond to help me learn how to change the banner between themes.

Perfect! I originally chose a different app for my cookie banner which was very popular and had thousands of reviews, but it was very basic and didn't allow me to change the font or font sizes which I didn't like. Thought I would try this app instead and WOW! I can customise pretty much any part of the cookie banner to tailor it to my website's appearance and the quality of the banner itself is amazing. So sleek and professional looking. I wanted to change the font size and Juliana was so quick in getting back to me (literally within about a minute of me sending a message) and she changed it to exactly how I wanted and was very patient. I'm so happy I chose this app and the support is unmatched too! Thank you :)

Hele makkelijke app die je heel makkelijk aan je eigen huisstijl kunt aanpassen en daarnaast echt een super support! De app veroorzaakte wat problemen waardoor de klant via mobiel niet kon afrekenen. Contact opgenomen met Sunny en Emily van de chat die William van de technische dienst erbij riepen. Binnen een half uur nadat ik de chat begon was het probleem opgelost. Super dus!! Raad deze app en Avada in het algemeen echt aan!

Following the app download, I initially encountered an issue where the Cookie bar failed to display. However, upon reaching out to customer support, I had the pleasure of interacting with Hana, who provided exceptional assistance. In a matter of seconds, Hana skillfully identified and resolved the problem, showcasing her proficiency and dedication to resolving customer concerns. Kudos to Hana for delivering top-notch support! :)
