Great free app to ensure we are compliant with the European Law. Some features are missing (enabling the customer to select his tracking preferences for example) but despite this the app is doing its role. And customer service is great and very reactive (thanks for your help Hana!)

She was very patient, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I wouold recommend this app. Great customer support.
