She was very patient, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to resolve the issue very quickly. I wouold recommend this app. Great customer support. Great app to cover your bases with respect to cookie consent. Even better support! Hallyfe helped figure out a JSON error which was only occurring in a Brave browser. Once he guided me to disable the Shields on my site, the consent bar popped right up working correctly. Best part about his support was his online demeanor. I knew immediately from our communications he knew his stuff creating confidence the issue would be resolved.
