I had a great experience with Avada's support team while setting up the Cookie Consent Bar to comply with GDPR. Lydia was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She guided me step by step through the entire setup process, made sure everything was working correctly. Thanks to her support, I now feel confident that my Shopify store is fully GDPR-compliant. Super Easy to install and we are now fully compliant with latest regulations. We did hit a small stumbling block, reached out to the customer services team, Kevin came back immediately and took us through the requirements with clear and concise information. Highly Recommenced.

Seems like a good app, but I wasn't able to get through the onboarding process. The customer support could be a lot better. They are really the ones who made me uninstall this app. They take really long to respond and I just don't really feel like they care to help; they just send links and when I ask for more details or what exactly to do it takes ages. I just got fed up and noticed that they offer fewer services for the price, so I decided to switch.
