Hello Hadley Pottery, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We checked our chat history and noticed that you initially experienced a pop-up appearing on every page, regardless of input. Our team later found that this was the Shopify cookie banner, not from the Avada app. After clarifying this, we assisted you in disabling Shopify’s default banner and setting up Avada Cookie Consent successfully. We’re happy to know the issue has been fully resolved and that the Avada banner is now displaying as intended. Il supporto di Jennie è stato fondamentale per risolvere dei problemi di conformità al mio negozio Shopify. Siamo state in chat quasi due ore, mi ha guidato passo per passo . Le ho anche dato accesso alle impostazioni del negozio perchè da sola trovavo delle difficoltà. E' stata gentilissima e senza il suo supporto non avrei risolto. Ottima App e ottimo il serizio di supporto.

I came to the support team with a problem and they handled it expertly. My support agent Iris was able to walk me through my issues, solve them, and more importantly was able to patiently walk me through every step of the way providing quick and accurate information as my questions flowed. She allowed my brand to tackle compliance with confidence.

Very functional app with options to handle any privacy scenarios. It was easy to install and setup with the help of Julie in Customer Service. She was extremely helpful and was instrumental in helping me get this app live very quickly. There is a reason for Avada's very high rating.

I just installed the app so I cannot comment on the functionality itself, but the support I received from both Christian and Juliana was world-class! It's refreshing to have an app developer provide such caring support. I highly recommend this app to help you control privacy and consent settings!
