I was having issues with my plan upgrade not showing in order to allow me to upgrade the Google Consent Mode, but the help I received through the chat function was absolutely brilliant. Initially I received an offline message from Tony which helped me understand the issues, and then once I logged into the App, the wonderful Judy was there to assist me and managed to get everything working perfectly in no time at all. Cannot recommend this app highly enough. Thank you.

avada is very simple im using the free plan and its very good! their chat box is also always available and very helpfull, I had the help of Nolan wich was a great professional and helped me setting my cookies up. thanks Nolan

Pamela was so helpful! For some reason when installing the app and cookie bar it didn't last long. When reaching out for help she was able to go in on her end to add the missing piece I needed in order to re install it. I would recommend their app as their customer service was quick and resourceful.
